Gigi Kirchner, a junior at Rocklin High in California, placed second in the girls 100-meter hurdles final in a wind-legal 14.14 seconds at the Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif. Kirchner also ran 14.17 seconds in the prelims earlier in the day, along with securing seventh in the top section of the 400 hurdles in 1:05.31.
